If your account includes financial visibility, the Quotes section lists proposals the workshop sent for your approval. This gives customer contacts a cleaner way to respond than relying on fragmented email threads.
- Open a quote to read line items, totals, and any supporting detail the workshop has included.
- Record a decision when you are ready so the workshop can proceed.
- Print a clean copy if your internal process needs paper or PDF for sign-off.
If a quote needs clarification, contact the workshop before approving it. The portal is best when the decision recorded there matches the real commercial decision inside your business.
