Portal: quotes & estimates

If your account includes financial visibility, the proposals section lists priced work the workshop sent for your approval. Your workshop chooses whether these appear as Quotes or Estimates in the portal — the review steps are the same either way.

• Open a document to read line items, totals, and any supporting detail the workshop has included.
• Record a decision when you are ready: approve, decline, or request changes if something needs revising before you can commit.
• Print a clean copy if your internal process needs paper or PDF for sign-off.

You only see proposals the workshop has actually sent to you. Draft work in progress stays on the workshop side only.

If a proposal needs clarification, contact the workshop before approving it. The portal is best when the decision recorded there matches the real commercial decision inside your business.
