Subscription & billing
Automatic renewals, payment method, grace period, and deleting the workshop.
Subscription & billing is where account owners manage the TreadOS plan, payment method, and billing portal. This page is about your relationship with TreadOS as a service, not the invoices you send to your own customers.
- After the first successful payment, the subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. Use Manage payment & invoices to update the card, download invoices, or stop the subscription.
- If a payment fails at renewal, the workshop stays open for a short grace period while the card is retried. Update the card during that window so access is not interrupted.
- If billing still needs attention after grace ends, the app may limit screens until billing is resolved. You can still reach this page so the account can be brought current.
- Company owners can permanently delete the workshop from this page. That cancels billing and removes workshop data.
Who should manage it
Usually this page belongs to the owner, director, or finance administrator rather than front-line workshop staff. Changes here can affect access to features across the whole company.
If billing is overdue or a payment method expires, resolve it here first. The rest of the application may not behave normally until the account is back in good standing.
