Parts lookup
Search parts and services, build a list, and book calendar time.
Parts lookup helps the desk price parts and services quickly, then turn that list into booked workshop time. It is a bridge between inventory search and the workshop schedule — useful when a customer calls ahead or walks in wanting a quote on timing.
Typical flow
- Choose the customer (or walk-in retail pricing).
- Search inventory by SKU, name, brand, or notes — matching items show with account-specific pricing where configured.
- Add lines to your working list.
- Tap Pick times on calendar to jump into the workshop schedule with those parts carried forward into the booking.
When to use it
Use parts lookup when you already know what products or labour lines are involved and need to agree a time slot. For full inspection workflows or mobile capture jobs, start in Jobs instead. For immediate payment at the counter, use Counter sales.
