Workshop app — money & settings
Users, roles & audit
Staff users, invitations, passwords, and audit exports.
Users lists everyone who can sign into the workshop app. Account owners or other authorised admins can invite new staff, update details, send password resets, or set a one-time password when someone is beside you at the desk.
User management
Duplicate email checks run when adding users so you do not accidentally create conflicting identities. This matters because the app uses email as the human-facing identity anchor for sign-in and password reset.
Keep roles tight and intentional. The goal is to give each person enough access to do their work without handing out broad tenant-level control by default.
Audit log & reporting
Audit log & reporting exports sign-in and business events for compliance reviews, investigations, or management oversight. Use exports thoughtfully: download only what you need and store it securely because audit data often contains sensitive operational information.
If you ever need to understand how a record changed or who performed a high-impact action, start with the audit and event history instead of guessing from memory.
