How to use it well

Treat member trade the same way you would treat any other controlled purchasing workflow. Make sure the order belongs to the right commercial party, keep statuses current, and use the built-in lifecycle instead of tracking the same order separately in spreadsheets or email.

Access to trade features depends on your subscription and organisation settings, so some workshops will see the full workflow while others will not.
