Portal: fleet dashboard

The portal Dashboard is your fleet command centre. It summarises what matters across all vehicles you can see — not just one asset at a time.

What you should expect to see

• Headline counts for vehicles, replace now, monitor, and coming up positions inside the forecast alert window.
• A rolling chart of fleet distance travelled when odometer readings exist on inspections.
• Tyre cost per km (or mile) when enough lifecycle data has been recorded — based on completed tyre records or projections from active tyres.
• Expandable vehicle lists grouped by urgency so you can drill into a registration and open the full vehicle record.

Individual vehicles

Open a vehicle from the dashboard lists or search to see recent job context, wheel-condition summaries, and any downloads the workshop shared, such as PDF job reports.

How customers usually use this area

• Scan fleet risk before talking to the workshop.
• Review recent condition history and shared inspection outputs.
• Download reports for internal maintenance or fleet-management conversations.

Exactly what you can view depends on the permissions the workshop granted your portal user. Some customers see broad fleet visibility, while others only see a narrower operational slice.
